Warranty Policy
Warranty Period and Conditions
Nido & Nest warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. This warranty is valid only upon presentation of the original invoice and clear images of the defective product. Alternatively, the customer may send the product to the Ceraflame factory at their own expense. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, the shipping costs incurred by the customer will be refunded.
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by falls, hits, or improper use of the products.
- Damage resulting from unauthorized repairs or modifications made by the customer.
- Normal wear and tear.
Warranty Claims
To make a warranty claim, the customer must:
- Provide the original invoice and clear images of the defective product.
- Send the defective product to the Ceraflame factory at their own expense.
Replacement Policy
Nido & Nest will only authorize the replacement of a product if it is determined that the failure is directly related to a defect in the materials or manufacturing process used.
Important Note
Incidents that are not related to the product itself, such as accidents or misuse, are not considered manufacturing defects and are therefore not covered by this warranty. Such incidents will not be accepted as grounds for replacement.
