I did a lot of research before buying my ceramic pans and they really are expensive products. I bought these on a promotion so it was very affordable. Regarding the product itself, I liked cooking in them, I didn't find it difficult and I also didn't need to turn it off before the food was ready, I cooked as I normally do, but always on low heat, which is important because they heat up very quickly and stay hot for a while so they keep the food warm. I chose these pans more for health reasons. And regarding the frying pan, you have to use olive oil to make steaks and meats, unlike the Teflon ones, which hardly used any oil, but in these cases you need to use a slightly larger amount for it to be delicious. The pans arrived on the expected date and delivery was ok without any damage and they are well packaged too, nothing to complain about!
