Ceraflame products are compatible with gas, ceramic, and electric stoves. They are microwave, oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher safe. Some models are also induction safe.
Ceraflame is non-porous, non-toxic, and cost-effective.

Ceraflame can be taken directly from the stovetop to marble countertops, or on any other cold surface. It will not crack. -

Ceraflame refractory ceramic can be used directly over an open flame, able to withstand very high temperatures. -

- Remove labels from the product and wash it before the first use.

- To prevent sticking, stir food frequently while cooking with Ceraflame.

- Ceramics maintains heat longer. Turn off the heat a few minutes before cooking is finished.

- As ceramics is a unique material, there is a learning curve for product use. To ensure optimal results, start by cooking on low heat until you become familiar with the product.

Avoid dropping frozen food into the pots abruptly to prevent cracking the bottom.

Avoid hitting the pot's rim with utensils to prevent cracking or chipping.

Do not stack pots in storage.

To protect your hands from burns, use oven mitts or pot holders, both during and after cooking. Handles can become hot after extended use.

Do not use the glass lid in the microwave or conventional oven. Remove it before heating your Ceraflame.

- As a ceramic product, Ceraflame may break when subjected to mechanical shocks, compromising its quality.

- Attempting to glue broken ceramic pieces is not recommended, as the adhesive will not provide sufficient strength for safe use.
