Return Policy
Returns for Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or with manufacturing defects, you may return or exchange the item(s) within 30 days of receipt. To initiate the process, please contact us via email at contact@ceraflameus.com. Items returned without a Return Authorization (RA) from our customer service team will not be accepted.
In cases where safety is not compromised (as determined by our team), Nido & Nest reserves the right to send replacement parts rather than issuing a return, refund, or exchange.
Returns Due to Change of Mind or Dissatisfaction
If you are reconsidering your purchase or are unsatisfied, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receipt. Please initiate this process by emailing us at contact@ceraflameus.com. Items returned without a Return Authorization (RA) will not be accepted.
For returns in these cases, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be unused, in new condition, and in its original packaging with all parts.
Please note:
- The customer is responsible for shipping costs to the designated return location.
- If your return is approved, our team will provide return labels for shipping the items back to us. After inspection by our team, if all conditions are met, we will issue a refund for the purchase price (minus shipping costs). If the conditions are not met, Nido & Nest reserves the right to deny the refund or exchange.
- Nido & Nest is not responsible for returned shipments that are damaged or lost in transit. We recommend using a shipping service that includes tracking and insurance.
Exchanges
To request an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and specify the new product(s) you would like. You can reach us via email at contact@ceraflameus.com. Items returned without a Return Authorization (RA) will not be accepted.
Exchanges will only be processed under the following conditions:
- The product must be unused, in new condition, and in its original packaging with all parts.
- The new product(s) selected must be of equal or higher value than the original item, excluding shipping costs.
Please note:
- The customer is responsible for shipping costs, both for returning the original item and for sending the new product to the delivery address.
- If the exchange is approved, our team will provide return labels for shipping the items back to us. After inspection, if all conditions are met, the new order will be shipped within 1-3 business days. If the conditions are not met, Ceraflame reserves the right to deny the exchange or refund.
