Clay

The foundation of Ceraflame ceramics is a high-quality clay body. This clay is selected for its ability to withstand high temperatures and maintain its structural integrity during the firing process.

Glaze

The glaze is a protective coating applied to the ceramic surface. It's typically made from a mixture of silica, alumina, and other minerals. The composition of the glaze determines the pan's color and finish. 

Ceramic Enamel

The interior of Ceraflame pans is coated with 100% non-toxic ceramic enamel, offering a long-lasting, smooth surface without the need for chemicals like Teflon.

Production

Ceraflame production begins with creating an exclusive liquid clay mixture, which is poured into gypsum molds.

The molds absorb water, leaving a clay shell that hardens into the desired shape. Once partially dried, the piece is removed, refined, and left to dry fully.

After drying, Ceraflame is fired in a kiln at extremely high temperatures to solidify and strengthen it.

Finally, the ceramic piece is glazed and fired again to achieve its finished look and durability. Some colors are even airpainted and fired a third time, for the extra shiny finish. This process transforms raw clay into our polished, long-lasting ceramics.

Every Ceraflame piece is carefully handcrafted by our skilled artisans, meaning that no two casseroles are exactly alike.
