How to use it:

Prepare the Butter: Soften your butter (about 2 sticks or 250g) slightly so it's easy to spread and press into the upper crock section of the butter dish.

Fill the Base with Water: Add cold water to the bottom part of the crock (about one-third). The water creates an airtight seal that preserves the butter at room temperature and keeps it fresh.

Place the crock with the butter upside down into the base containing the water.

Every few days, change the water in the base to maintain freshness and keep your butter in optimal condition.

The butter crock can be kept on your counter or in a cool part of the kitchen to keep the butter soft and spreadable for daily use​​.

How to clean it:

Use warm, soapy water and a soft sponge to clean both parts thoroughly. If you prefer, the butter crock is dishwasher-safe, so you can place both parts in the dishwasher for cleaning.
