Care and Use

How to use it:


In a Ceraflame ceramic Ibrik, add 0.022lb (10g) of finely ground coffee - as fine as possible - for every 3.4 fl oz (100 ml) of water.

The coffee powder should have a consistency similar to talcum powder or wheat flour. You can use your favorite type of coffee.

Place over heat (with room temperature water) and stir constantly. When it shows signs of beginning to boil, remove from heat.

After that, the coffee will settle naturally, and the result is a robust coffee, precisely because no filter is used.

Most of the coffee grounds will be at the bottom of the Ibrik. If a little bit remains on the surface, you can clean it with a spoon.

Cleaning tips:

After use, either handwash your Ceraflame with hot soapy water or use a dishwasher, and dry thoroughly.

The handles should always be handwashed.

After washing, if any food residue remains, boil some water with detergent, and use a sponge.
